Returns & Refund Policy

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. It explains when returns, cancellations, and refunds apply.

No Returns After Ordering

Once an order is placed and confirmed, it cannot be returned, cancelled, or refunded.

Damaged on Arrival

Wrong, damaged, or defective items reported at delivery are replaced free of cost.

1.No Return or Refund After Ordering

All sales are final. Once an order has been placed and confirmed, it is not eligible for return, cancellation, or refund.

Because we deal in agricultural inputs such as fertilizers, pesticides, insecticides, seeds, and plant growth regulators — products whose quality and safety can be affected once they leave our control — we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds after an order is confirmed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

2.Order Cancellation

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are placed and confirmed. We recommend confirming the product name, quantity, pack size, and delivery address before submitting your order.

If you have any doubt about which product is right for your crop, please contact our team before ordering — our agronomists are happy to advise you so you choose correctly the first time.

3.Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packing and dispatching every order. In the rare event that you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or different from what you ordered, we will make it right.

  • Inspect your order at the time of delivery, in the presence of the delivery person where possible.
  • Report any damaged, defective, or incorrect item to us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Share clear photographs of the product, its packaging, and the invoice so we can verify the issue.
  • Do not use or open the affected product, as this may prevent us from processing a replacement.

Once verified, we will arrange a free replacement of the affected item at the earliest. Replacements are subject to stock availability.

4.Items That Cannot Be Replaced

Replacements will not be provided in the following situations:

  • The issue is reported after the 24-hour window from delivery.
  • The product has been opened, used, or applied (except where it was clearly defective on arrival).
  • Damage is caused by mishandling or improper storage after delivery.
  • Only part of the product has been consumed and the rest is being returned.

5.Refunds (Where Applicable)

Refunds are issued only in exceptional cases where a verified damaged or incorrect item cannot be replaced (for example, if the product is out of stock). Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or payment provider.
